Founded in 2010, our vision is to provide emergency loans to Civil Servants, TSC members, and employees of selected companies. Our product offerings include Civil Servant Loans, Log Book Loans, Personal Loans, Asset Finance, Import Duty Finance, and Landlord Loans.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Leaders Check-off at Mwananchi Credit Limited in Kenya. The Team Leaders Check-off will be responsible for overseeing the check-off process for loan repayments, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Experience in financial services or microfinance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
