Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Westlands, Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding their educational and career paths. Daily tasks include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, assisting with academic planning, and offering career advice. The Student Counselor will also be expected to enhance students’ communication and customer service skills to improve their overall educational experience.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of the Education sector
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in education consultancy is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• 2+ years of experience.
