Job Description

Sales Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our reach with potential B2B (airports/ airlines/ banks/ corporates/ travel agencies, etc.) and B2C customer base for Plaza Premium Lounges products and services offered by Plaza Premium Group.
  • Identify and target potential high-net-worth clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Analyse and track partners’ performance to identify business potentials and opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Seeking out new major clients and forming working relationships with the key customers in your market.
  • Effectively communicate PPG’s value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and market trends to adapt to shifts and direction of sales strategy in the marketplace to maximize company profit.

Sales Discipline

  • Accurately track and update of sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Disciplined approach to account management and tracking of sales calls.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Adherence to all sales procedures and processes.
  • Maintain effective control of local sales budget and expenses

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and support.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives to grow both current and new business.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to articulate clients’ needs accurately (e.g. operations, IT, legal, finance, marketing.
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will:

  • Have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales discipline.
  • Able to demonstrable experience in a sales role, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Possess extensive understand the hospitality environment with a network in airline, banking & credit card products will be a definite advantage.
  • Have ability to take decisive actions, work under pressure with good prioritization skills.
  • Possess strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present and influence others.
  • Betray a strong ability in cross-team cooperation and project management.
  • Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, results-oriented and highly motivated individual.
  • Have Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and to plan with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
