About this role
Moringa School is rapidly growing and increasing its course offerings. The Sales Lead will leverage skills in sales, data & process optimization to ensure efficiency in the revenue funnel.
Objectives of this Role
- Systems: Optimising student recruitment and admissions systems while ensuring accurate data flows from enquiry to enrollment.
- Stakeholder & Team Management: Managing the conversions team through developing and improving their performance and competence & stakeholders through relevant communication to boost collaborative efforts.
- Data and reporting: Giving the organization visibility into progress against targets will be a key
responsibility in this role. Analyzing the dashboard promptly and preparing
and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports will be key to measuring our progress against the team’s key objectives.
- Leading admissions: Managing the admissions sales process, collaborating with various teams to ensure a sustained pipeline for recruitment
- Documentation: Documenting systems, processes, and standards for knowledge transfer
Responsibilities
- Run and manage admission sales for Moringa B2C Products.
- Meet all school admissions targets for each class.
- Build and refine strong team systems and processes.
- Train and manage other Admissions Associates and Assistants, develop their quarterly goals, and ensure they receive the necessary training to be able to fulfill the demands of their role
- Oversee and manage data and information related to profiles of prospective students, from the inquiry calls to the steps taken up for follow-up.
- Guide prospective students on the requirements of essential documents that need to be attached, courses, and potential career outcomes.
- Provide outstanding customer service to the prospective students as well as the current students
- Innovate around our admissions process and encourage more people to join Moringa School.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to refine lead generation for ideal profiles to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure correct billing for enrolled students
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to classroom
- Daily reporting on enrollment numbers against targets while analyzing trends
- Come up with strategies to continuously improve the conversion rate across the different products

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working in a similar sales role with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in building and implementing Sales systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with and experience using ERP and/or CRM tools, e.g, Salesforce and Analysis Tools such as Tableau & Excel.
- Experience / Exposure to start-up culture is preferred
- Worked in Education Management organizations before is an added advantage
