Sales Executive at Rio Fish
The Sales Executive at Rio Fish will be responsible for driving additional sales and achieving revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and executing sales strategies.
They will also manage customer relationships, lead sales and marketing campaigns, and contribute to the overall success of the company’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Rio Fish’s revenue growth objectives. Work closely with the Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales and Marketing Campaigns:
Participate in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales goals.
4. Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring:
Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and new sales opportunities. Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, products, and promotions, to stay ahead of the competition.
5. Opening Additional Markets:
Identify and develop new markets for Rio Fish products, ensuring the company expands its reach both locally and regionally. Build and nurture relationships with potential distributors, retailers, and direct customers in new and existing markets.
6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports that provide insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Assist in forecasting sales volumes, revenue targets, and market trends.
7. Trade Shows and Marketing Events:
Represent Rio Fish at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the company’s products and build business relationships. Organize and participate in product demonstrations and promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the FMCG, food, or aquaculture
industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Market research and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
