REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business field or AIIK/CII Diploma in Insurance
A Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance
3+ years’ experience in Bancassurance.
Must have undewriting experience.
Knowledge of insurance business,
products and processes
Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in insurance sectors.

Requirements

A bachelor’sdegree in finance/ Banking/ Economics/ Accounting or Diploma in Microfinance / Credit Management.
At least 3 year’s post qualification experience, preferably in MFIs institution.
Knowledge of economics, financial practices and reporting of financial data.
Knowledge of credit policies and lending SOPs.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
