Objective of the Consultancy

  • To activate the market and expand Rio Fish’s presence
  • Recruitment and retention of platform users.
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy using the Rio Fish App, brochures, and posters, while offering technical support to the platform and ensuring consistent engagement with its users.

Scope of Work

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with Rio Fish’s goals, objectives, and target audience, ensuring growth and market activation.

Content Creation and Optimization:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging content (brochures, posters, digital assets) for use across all digital marketing channels, including the Rio Fish app and social media platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow Rio Fish’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This includes posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.

Email Marketing:

  • Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage current and potential users of the Rio Fish platform. This will include targeted outreach, on boarding new users, and retention efforts.

Campaign Management:

  • Run targeted digital campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads, etc.) to increase user registration,
    engagement, and market activity on the Rio Fish platform.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts, providing monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Technical Support:

  • Offer ongoing technical support for the Rio Fish platform, assisting in troubleshooting issues, managing updates, and ensuring optimal performance.

User Recruitment and Retention:

  • Support in recruiting new users (traders, suppliers, and consumers) to the Rio Fish platform and develop strategies to enhance user retention through digital engagement initiatives.

Duration of the Assignment

  • The consultancy is expected to last for a total of 6 months, starting from November 2024 to April 2025, inclusive of preparation, delivery, and reporting.

Deliverables

The firm shall deliver the following within the consultancy period:

  • Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Monthly Performance Reports detailing KPIs, platform engagement metrics, and recommendations for optimization
  • User Recruitment Reports including data on new registrations and retention rates
  • Content Calendar for all digital marketing channels (social media, email, etc.)
  • Optimized Campaigns across digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Ongoing technical support for the Rio Fish platform
  • Final Report summarizing the consultancy’s impact, achievements, and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.

Payment Terms

The funds allocated for this consultancy shall cover:

  • Consultant fees
  • Materials and resources for training
  • Administrative expenses associated with the training sessions

Qualifications of the Digital Marketing Firm
The firm must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for platforms similar to Rio Fish
  • Expertise in content creation, social media management, email marketing, and campaign management
  • Familiarity with market activation for apps and digital platforms
  • Experience in providing technical support for digital platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in performance tracking and reporting

Submission Requirements

Interested firms are required to submit:

  • A detailed proposal outlining the approach to the scope of work
  • A timeline and work plan for the 6 months of the project
  • CVs of key team members involved in the consultancy
  • A portfolio of similar digital marketing projects

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:

  • Relevance of the proposed strategy to Rio Fish’s objectives
  • Experience and qualifications of the firm
  • Cost-effectiveness of the proposal
  • Quality of previous work in similar projects
  • Innovation and creativity in content creation and digital engagement strategies
