ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the company at the designated sites.
- Source New business for the company.
- Sale of properties on the company’s property listings.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Supervisor.
- Carry out sales, sourcing activities.
- Prepare sales and marketing presentations for pitching purposes.
- Handle client’s inquiries promptly and report any concerns that may need further attention.
- Push for sales of property within the company portfolio.
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Proactively seeking ways to drive and streamline daily marketing processes and procedures that supports high performance.
- Be part of concept development in relation to the market and sales trends, consumer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits in the real estate industry.
- Following through on the sales documentations for clients.
- Reach out to customer leads through direct visits and develop their portfolio.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Supply sales manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
- A university degree in sales and marketing.
- Minimum Diploma in Sales and marketing.
- Post graduate qualification in a business related field will be an added advantage.
- Should have at least two years’ sales and marketing experience.
- Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Must have good ICT skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience in real estate industry.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required.
- Knowledge in computer skills including Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Power point and Word, and exposure to other ICT systems useful in sales and clients management.
- Self-motivated and creative personality.
- Disciplined and work with minimal supervision.
- Honest and transparent person.
