Job responsibilities

• End to end recruitment.
• Remuneration administration including monthly statutory filing of PAYE, NHIF and NSSF.
• Oversight  and formulation of human resource procedures and policies that comply with Kenyan laws
• Managing employee records and contracts
• Employee relations
• Performance management of acquired resources.
• Managing of organizational assets
• Manage in house training programs
• Managing employee motivation through organizing team building activities and events.
• Separation
• Managing group work culture.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work on commission.
• Must be a proficient computer and internet user.
• C+ and above in K.C.S.E
• A verifiable academic certificate of training in human resource management.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Frequent engagement with and complete understanding of the mechanics/utilization/specifications of Medical Supplies/equipment as showcased on our e-store, https://shopit.co.ke/
• Merchandising lead on identifying, assessing, and uploading Medical Supplies to our website.
• Up-to-date on trends and market analysis on Medical Supplies.
• Ensure effective merchandising and cataloging of Medical Supplies.
• Offer technical customer support in Medical Supplies.
• Identifying reasons and ways to revitalize or remove dormant Medical Supplies.
• Working with other Merchandisers in the team and the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Healthcare. Diploma in Health/Medical Devices, Diagnostics, and Equipment, Hospital/Medical Business Administration, Health/Medical Sales and Marketing, or a related field in Health/Medical field.
• Preferable, experience in technical product(s) merchandising, technical customer service and sales with Medical Supplies.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and  customer care skills
• Experience in Healthcare with IT, Retail, or e-Business industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and proactively influence others.
• Interest/Passion in Healthcare/Medicine and Health/Medical products and equipment.
• Must have in-depth understanding of the specifications and utilization of a large range of Medical Supplies.
