Successful candidate will assist in
- Providing first-line ICT support to staff.
- Assist in the administration of Microsoft Server infrastructure.
- Create and manage user accounts and access rights.
- Support Microsoft 365 users and services.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Document ICT procedures and maintain asset records.
- Assist in network and hardware troubleshooting.
