Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring the highest standards of guest service.
- Proactively enhance guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve hotel and departmental goals, including revenue targets and cost control.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, performance, and collaboration.
- Manage the departmental budget, control costs, and optimize inventory while maintaining productivity.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive success.
- Implement programs that elevate service standards, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, maintaining thorough documentation for audits and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage management with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Creative thinking with the ability to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
- High levels of integrity and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Proficiency in using IT systems across various platforms.
