Key Responsibilities:
- Recover defaulted payments through field visits & client engagement
- Investigate & resolve customer complaints in line with company policies
- Detect fraudulent activities & report them
- Negotiate payment arrangements & ensure follow-ups
What You Need:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in debt recovery is a plus
- Ability to handle difficult calls & field visits
- Computer literacy & attention to detail
