Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, providing timely and accurate interventions.

Patient & Family Engagement

Training & Development
• Stay updated on ICU best practices and protocols through continuous professional development.
• Mentor junior staff and students to build a skilled ICU team.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Critical Care
• Valid nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Minimum of 2 or more years of as Critical Care Nurse in a busy hospital.
Personal Assistant/Secretary to the Executive Director

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Manage the ED’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders for appointments.
• Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the ED.
• Organize and maintain the ED’s files, ensuring easy re- trieval and confidentiality.
Communication Coordination:
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other forms of communication.

Event and Meeting Management:
