We are looking for a dynamic and driven Credit Sales Specialist Intern at Wasoko to support our Credit Sales team in identifying, acquiring, and onboarding small and medium-sized retailers into Wasoko’s credit program. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about sales, customer engagement, and financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential retail customers for credit services.
- Support the sales team in pitching and explaining Wasoko’s credit products to prospective customers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries regarding credit services.
- Monitor and report on the progress of customer acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with the credit and sales teams to optimize acquisition strategies.
Qualifications And Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of credit and financial products is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
