Cost Controllers (Production & Market)
Are you a numbers-driven professional with a passion for optimizing costs and driving efficiency? We’re looking for Cost Controllers at Artcaffé – Cafe | Restaurant | Bar to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring our production processes are both cost-effective and profitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to identify savings and improve profitability.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and detailed cost reports to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with production, finance, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Conduct audits, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic business goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA 4 and above.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in inventory and stock management.
- Ability to interpret and analyze sales and production data.
- Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in using POS, ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
