Newark Frontiers is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead, support, and grow our team. If you have a degree or diploma in a business-related field, strong leadership skills, and experience in financial management, this is your opportunity to drive success!
The Team Leader leads, supports, and motivates the branch team to achieve branch targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet long-term goals in line with the company’s vision and values. They oversee customer applications, approvals, loan disbursements, and collections.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare financial breakdown and analysis for the branch.
- Manage and supervise employees, providing day-to-day leadership and oversight.
- Maintain and oversee all procedures and processes.
- Oversee approvals of loans, lines of credit, and other financial plans.
- Assist with customer service and satisfaction.
- Market the branch within the community to attract business.
- Record and research all financial information for analysis.
- Document and interpret complex financial information for clients.
- Advise on procedures and policy implementation.
- Forecast and plan according to company objectives.
- Grow the branch’s number of accounts.
