JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee and drive profitability across branches in Western, South Nyanza, or
  Central region.
• Spearhead the growth of the region by opening more branches in viable markets

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Strong knowledge of the SME market and business dynamics within these regions.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• 1 year of experience in a recognized MFI
