We’re hiring ! Are you a master of multitasking who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment? We are looking for an Administrator Vacancy at Somo to be the heartbeat of our facility.
This role isn’t just about paperwork, it’s about ensuring our production flows, our entrepreneurs are supported, and our operations are world-class. From coordinating logistics to managing customer inquiries, you will be the glue that holds our hub together.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations, coordinating production activities, materials flow, and logistics.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Handle entrepreneur inquiries with timely routing or responses.
- Manage production supplies, inventory, and consumables tracking
- Assist in receiving, documenting, and coordinating incoming and outgoing product orders.
- Schedule/prepare workspaces and meetings; coordinate deliveries, dispatch, and facility logistics; keep accurate records, registers, and filing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in operations, admin, production support, or customer service; manufacturing, production, and fast-paced environment experience is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; good customer service and communication (handling entrepreneurs/clients); basic inventory, logistics, and production flow knowledge.
- Experience using ERP/procurement systems (e.g., Odoo) is required.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.
- Close attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under minimal supervision in dynamic settings.
