Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assembly Manager at Star Plastics Ltd in Juja. The Assembly Manager will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process of household products, PET water bottles, hotpots and many plastic products. Daily tasks include managing assembly team, ensuring production and packaging targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience in assembly team management
Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to meet production targets, packaging targets and quality standards
Experience with inventory management and control
Health and safety compliance knowledge
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Technical diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., engineering or manufacturing)
