Reports directly to the Chief Officer Finance and is in charge of the County Treasury Accounting Services and responsible for the following duties: –
- Monitoring & controlling budgetary commitments;
- Coordinating the allocation of resources/ AIEs to departments and other County Organs;
- Coordinating, preparing and submitting County Treasury exchequer requests / withdrawals from County Revenue Fund (CRF) and any other public fund to COB;

Requirements for Appointment:
- Be a Kenyan Citizen
- Be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or related discipline from an institution recognized in Kenya.
- A Master’s degree in MBA, Economics, Statistics, Finance or Accounting from a recognized institution in Kenya will be an added advantage
