Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Attachment Vacancies at Purpose Tours and Travel located in Kitui Town, C House Building, Second Floor, Room C-13

The Attachment will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of travel itineraries, handling hotel reservations, arranging transport, and providing logistical support for travel activities.

This attachment offers a comprehensive exposure to the core operations of a travel agency, including secretarial support, social media marketing, administrative duties, and operational management with minimal supervision.

• Managing correspondence and communication with clients and vendors
• Preparing and organizing travel documents, itineraries, and reports
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Maintaining organized records and files

Social Media Marketing & Brand Promotion

Administrative & Operational Tasks

• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
