We provide the latest jobs, internships, attachments, or any other openings updates and information. We also publish articles that are beneficial to Kenyans or any other viewer. - “Client” refers to any person, firm, or company visiting our site intending to use our service.

- We do not in any way guarantee our clients that our services will always give a hundred percent turnover.
- We also don’t guarantee our candidates visit our site with the intent to seek a job that will get the jobs we post. We only post to help them find jobs easily but the company recruiting has the final say.
- We would also like our clients to note that our site contains information from third parties including (Advertisers/Employers/Job Seekers), hence we do not guarantee you the authenticity of the information published on our site.
- We would also like to pose a disclaimer that we do not bear accountability for any of the jobs/information published on our site or through any third party via any means but we try our best to ensure such does not happen.
- We do not guarantee you a specific number of alerts/information per month. Information/Alerts are published/sent based on the availability of Jobs.
- This is an informational service and we don’t guarantee you 100% authenticity of vacancies or user information. However, we always try our level best to do good research to provide authentic information on existing opportunities and not scams.
- You have the right to redistribute the service (alerts) we send to you in any for5m either photos, links, or any form.

- As an agency, we reserve the right to terminate this service at any time with or without notification/consent from the client in case we notice any issue that can pose danger to our services.
- We also do not in any way certify that users of this service are authentic and not as an agency, we would like to distance ourselves from being held responsible for any fraud that may arise from information got from this service.
- When offering our services, sometimes we may include external links, we would like to also clarify that we do not in any way endorse or bear any responsibility for any of the links or information from these links.
- We would also like our clients to understand that do not delete job postings placed on the website after expiry.
- As an agency, shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the service nor for any special, indirect, economic, or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the Service.
- We shall not be liable for any claim arising from vacancies by any employer, information on our site, loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the Service through us or through any of our partners. Any liability of the Company shall in any event be limited to the fees paid by the Client directly to us in the year/month in which the event of default arises.
- Nothing herein shall limit either party’s liability for death or personal injury arising from the proven negligence by itself or its employees or agents.
- The Client shall fully indemnify us against any liability to third parties arising out of the Client’s use of the service.
- We are not responsible or liable to the Client for any loss or damage suffered by the client as a result of using direct or indirect services provided by us.
