Social Media Marketing Specialist at Adsum Marketing Agency
We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, Social Media Marketing Specialist at Adsum Marketing Agency will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation: Craft compelling and visually engaging content (text, video, and images) for various social media platforms.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, refine, and implement effective social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and branding.
- Campaign Promotion: Promote products, services, and content across social media channels in line with our brand voice and strategy.
- Post Scheduling: Schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, TweetDeck).
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage customer interactions to build and maintain relationships.
- Campaign Development: Design and execute social media campaigns, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Budget Management: Plan and oversee budgets allocated for social media promotions and paid ad campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, using data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, content) to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
- Client Engagement: Attend client meetings to present social media strategies and pitch potential marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Expertise in creating and managing social media campaigns using tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or others
- Ability to craft engaging, creative content that resonates with target audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration
- Proficiency in analyzing social media data and generating actionable insights to improve performance
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Ability to set, track, and report on key metrics that gauge the success of social media efforts
