Showroom Manager at Sheffield Steel Systems Limited who will be responsible for managing showroom activities by driving revenue through collaborative team effort.

Showroom Manager 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive regular sales promotions and achieve sales revenue targets for yourself and the showroom team.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the showroom team to discuss showroom activities and agendas.
  • Manage reception and showroom staff, including training, nurturing, mentoring, setting KPIs for each employee, and conducting appraisals.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain complete operational knowledge, basic technical understanding, and pricing information for all displays in the showroom.
  • Ensure the latest equipment is displayed in the showroom by coordinating with stores and procurement for the latest arrivals.
  • Maintain strict stock records of all incoming and outgoing products, and submit the stock register to the Stores Manager and Financial Manager at the end of each month for signature.
  • Ensure the reception, showroom, and washrooms are kept to a five-star standard.
  • Provide a five-star customer hosting experience and regularly communicate service excellence requirements to team members.
  • Create FAQs using software tools for Sales and Marketing.
  • Maintain data on showroom visits.
  • Prepare quotations based on customer inquiries and conduct follow-ups.
  • Submit weekly reports.
  • Host VIP visits for events.
  • Collect customer feedback.
  • Perform any other duties related to your position as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Academic/Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business administration/Business Management/ related field.

Experience:

  • 7-10 year’s overall experience in a Senior Leadership Position or similar position.

Management Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Company.

Personal Attributes:

  • People-oriented and results driven.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to host customers and to present solutions.
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality levels to be maintained.
  • Exceptional active listening, negotiation, mentoring and coaching skills.
