We are Hiring! We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor at Megha Marketing EA Ltd with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.

Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor and review CCTV surveillance and ensure proper civiliance.
Check and track company vehicles to ensure they operate according to the scheduled routes.
Conduct routine security assessments, risk evaluations, and incident investigations.
Maintain and enhance relationships with local authorities, law enforcement, and relevant agencies
to support security operations.
Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious activities in a timely and effective
manner.
Ensure proper reporting and documentation of security-related incidents.
Liaise with management on security strategies, improvements, and recommendations.

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CCTV monitoring, vehicle tracking systems, and security technologies.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies professionally.
Familiarity with legal security regulations and best practices.
A good relationship with local authorities will be an added advantage.
Relevant certifications in security management will be a plus.
