About The Role

The main purpose of the Sales Representative at Network International is to drive sales by effectively presenting and selling products and services to prospective merchants, utilizing strong, persuasive arguments. The role involves performing cost-benefit analyses for both existing and potential merchants to determine the most advantageous solutions. Additionally, the job holder is responsible for maintaining positive business relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships to secure future sales growth.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales Target Identification and Execution:
    • Plan, initiate, and execute sales meetings to meet or exceed the set company sales targets.
  • Client Meetings and Sales Generation:
    • Complete a minimum of 100 client meetings per month (face-to-face, via Skype, and phone calls) to generate new sales and nurture relationships with existing clients.
    • Focus on both acquiring new clients and supporting existing accounts to achieve sales goals.
  • Account Management:
    • Manage new client accounts throughout the entire sales process and after the sale is closed to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Prepare and present weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager. To include sales performance, activities, achievements, market intelligence, deadlines, and other relevant information in the report.
  • Participation in Sales Activities:
    • Participate in sales roadshows, workshops, client exhibitions, and other events as directed by the Sales Manager and the Sales & Marketing divisions.
    • Represent the company and its products effectively during such events.
  • Market Research and Strategy Development:
    • Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
  • Utilization of customer relationship management tools for tracking.

Qualifications

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferably Marketing or Business Administration.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience in frontline sales.
  • Sales experience in a fintech, banking or travel will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of MS Office including MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM is desirable.
  • Fluent sales presentation.
