Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
Support the sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups
Help manage social media accounts and digital advertising initiatives
Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Attend client meetings and take part in networking events
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments

Requirements

A certificate, diploma or degree (completed or ongoing) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn about digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing)
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Previous sales/marketing experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory

Type: Internship (3 Months, with a chance of absorption based on performance)

Compensation: KSh 10,000 monthly stipend plus commission
