About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Land Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales background. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, showcasing properties, and facilitating successful sales transactions particularly on SIC Projects in the Eldoret Area.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement effective strategies and tactics for achieving set targets.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Participate in the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
- Coordinate with respective clients, the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
- In liaison with the sales admin, participate in the preparation and approval of documents such as Offer Letters, Sales agreements, Lease contracts and Transfer Documentation.
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using the SIC CRM system.
- Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on land and housing market.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
- Present SIC image and live the prescribed values.
- Ensure compliance and adherence with Property Laws and SIC%u2019s policies and procedures when conducting property sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably land sales
- Strong knowledge of the Eldoret property market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver%u2019s license and ability to travel as needed.
