Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent at Momentum Credit located in Eldoret. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, explaining and offering relevant financial products and services, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Agent will collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales skills and experience
  • Knowledge in Insurance is beneficial
  • Ability to conduct training and share product knowledge effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
  • Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
