Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and support a small but growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in real estate sales in the Kenyan market and a proven ability to drive performance, close deals, and manage a team effectively. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting revenue targets, overseeing sales staff, and developing
strategies to increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 3 real estate salespersons to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market presence and customer base.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Assist team members in closing high-value deals and handling client objections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the real estate sector.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold company values in all dealings.
- Maintain high-level relationships with other sales agents interested with the development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ( A Higer diploma in Real estate Sales with proven experience is also admissible)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan property market, including residential and/or commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
Compensation: Competitive base salary (to be negotiated)
