Qualifications
- Experience in program management, training, and mentorship
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of homecare practices, vocational training, and entrepreneurship
- Ability to work effectively with women and youth from diverse backgrounds
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of financial literacy and small business management
- Fluency in English and Swahili (additional languages a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
