We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator at Gilani’s to join our production team. This position is crucial for ensuring the efficient repackaging of products while maintaining strict quality control and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining repacking machines to ensure smooth production flow.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence in every aspect of the job.
Key Requirements
- Diploma in mechanical or industrial operations is highly desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator, preferably with repacking or packaging machinery.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in monitoring production quality and adhering to specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot common machine issues and collaborate with maintenance for more complex repairs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderately heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment; ability to read and interpret
machine manuals and product specifications. - Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members and report issues or progress.
