Radio Installation Tech

Job Descriptions:

  • The position is responsible for standard installations and service calls which includes:-Wireless broadband equipment installation (antenna, cabling, power source, network jack.)
  • Customer troubleshooting and repair (driving to and from service calls, on-site configuring of radio equipment)
  • Tower climbing and rescue.
  • Base station troubleshooting and repair.
  • Cabling and cabinet organization.
  • Weekly inventory management and reporting.

Requirements/Skills/Knowledge:

  • 1 to 2 years experience in rooftop antenna installations.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Basic understanding of TCPIP, crimping, cable management & structured cabling.
  • Tower experience preferred and capable of working in hieghts.
  • Basic construction knowledge and able to work with power tool.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability.
  • Self-motivated personality.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and take on greater responsibility.
  • Good physical condition (able to carry 20kgs.)
  • Must own and be adept with power tools. Company will provide vehicle, power tools, ladders, etc.

Network Engineer & Support Intern

  • The Network Engineer Interns will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and support of computer communication networks of WaveX ISP.
  • The Intern will be responsible for ensuring the proper flow and operation of communication networks to thus ensure more optimal performance and availability for users.
  • The working area of the network engineer interns could be in the IT support team/NOC or radio installation team.

Typical Tasks Usually Include:-

  • Ensure stable and reliable ISP network services (e.g. access products, service networks and core network).
  • Day-to-day network performance monitoring.
  • Network troubleshooting and fault analysis; hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Trouble ticket generation and response; carrier interface and escalations.
  • Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis and reporting tools.
  • Application of configuration changes via our change control systems and processes
  • Installation of network hardware and software.
  • Participate in a 24×7 call-out rota.

Eligibility:

  • Computer Science & I.T. majors are welcome.
  • Being enrolled in a university or have less than 12 months of graduated.
  • From 18 up to 26 years old.

Sales Representative

  • WaveX ISP is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
  • In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Main goals of this role:

  • Expand sales to Businesses and homes.
  • Visit and sign up clients in their houses if requested.
  • Achieve allocated sales and revenue targets.
  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
  • Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
  • Working with weekly and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicator.
  • Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
  • Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
  • Working closely with other teams to develop new business.

  • Receiving or making a high volume of calls from or to customers.

  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays if required
