Waiter or Waitress
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service. Taking orders, serving, and ensuring a professional, seamless dining experience.
- Must have a good command of the English Language.
Chef Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- A Culinary professional who will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure culinary excellence, while managing the client, financial and the team.
Sous Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be a Culinary professional who is hands-on.
- Must be proficient in HACCP
- Assist the chef in menu planning and in executing Culinary duties, managing the inventory, staff Management, and overall kitchen/canteen operations.
Cook
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be creative with menu execution, must be knowledgeable in Food safety SOPs, proficient in HACCP, well-groomed, and have a good command of the English language.
Cook – Sri Lankan cuisine / Asian
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be HACCP proficient. Must be deeply knowledgeable
in Sri Lankan cuisine & Arabic.
