We are looking for an energetic and skilled Sous Chef. If you’re passionate about culinary excellence, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and have strong leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Reporting To: Executive Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and maintaining top-tier food quality.
- Oversee bulk cooking for up to 3,000+ guests.
- Ensure strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices across all kitchen areas.
- Supervise, mentor, and train kitchen staff for optimal performance and team cohesion.
- Monitor food costs, portion control, and minimize waste without compromising quality.
- Contribute actively to menu development and event planning initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen discipline, cleanliness, and organization.
- Leverage knowledge of kitchen software/material control systems (an added advantage).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts with a specialty in International Cuisine.
- Proficiency in computer operations is essential.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain consistency during peak service periods.
Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards
- Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role (3 years preferred)
- A bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Eye for detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to manage a team and handle scheduling
Experienced Driver

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dependable Driver to join our team in Mombasa. The ideal candidate should be thoroughly familiar with the city and its surroundings and demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers or goods as assigned
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly
- Plan routes strategically to ensure timely arrivals
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company driving policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in any field
- At least 8 years of proven driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Mombasa city routes and nearby regions
- Valid and up-to-date driving license
- Certificate of Good Conduct from relevant authorities
- Strong communication skills
- Must be available to start immediately
- A male Muslim candidate is preferred for this position (in consideration of specific cultural and organizational requirements).
