Customer Service Agent

We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who’ll be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing stellar support across various channels. This role demands superb communication skills, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Address customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.

Onboarding Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully informed about company and role specifics and are well-prepared for their start date
  • Assist new hires with completing all necessary onboarding tasks and participating in required live training sessions
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to support the onboarding of new agents and clients
  • Maintain regular updates with the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager regarding the onboarding progress and ensure all parties are informed
  • Provide support for client onboarding when necessary

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Onboarding
  • 3-5 years of experience in the BPO Customer Service industry
  • 1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferred
  • Familiarity with eCommerce tools/software such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, Freshdesk (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM tools like HubSpot, Monday.com
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong coaching, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-starter with high energy and the ability to engage effectively with others
  • Proficient in Gmail and Slack communication

  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection is required (minimum 20 Mbps)
