Responsibilities
- Oversee property sales process and reporting from leads to closing for 500 + Active leads
- Set-up and implement sales training and processes and train sales team accordingly
- Recruit Junior sales agents, train them and ensure they sell as much as possible
- Generate leads from your network, marketing and networking initiatives
- Sell properties to all incoming leads in the most effective manner
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Built and maintain relationships with many property developers and real estate agents
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.
- Degree in sales and marketing or related course.
- Real estate sales experience highly preferred
- Must have a very good knowledge of the real estate market, prices, returns and new projects.
- Passionate about sales
- Good understanding of property sales and financing, ability to build and implement sales processes
- Leadership skills. Ability to recruit, train and supervise a team of junior sales agent and turn them into top sellers

Responsibilities
- Improve customer satisfaction through timely service.

- Be the face of the organization when delivering products to our customers.
- Ensure that products arrive with the customer in the condition they were dispatched.

Requirements

The role will handle the daily record-updating and documentation of the human resources department and act as the primary contact person for any HR-related queries. Ensures that the HR department is inputting their data records and preparing vital HR documents correctly. The role requires you to be well-versed in important human resource domains like record-keeping, internal and external communications, analyses and reporting, and arranging logistics.
Responsibilities

- Enforcement of the company policies
- Carry out hearings and prepare all documentation

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
