Tours and Travel Consultant

Reporting to the Tours and Travel Manager, the position holder will be responsible for coordinating the entire travel experience including planning itineraries, tours and visa advisory, Hotel Booking, and safari Planning.

Minimum job requirements: Competencies;

Diploma in Tourism Management, Tours and Travel or its Equivalent.
Degree in Tourism management will be an added advantage
IATA or GDS training Certificate.
MUST have at least three (3) years’ experience as a Ticketing/Travel Consultant in a busy travel agency or airline.
Experience in using the Galileo/Amadeus GDS platform and web fares.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suites.

Accountant

This role involves preparing financial statements, managing general ledger accounts, assisting with internal and external audits, perform key reconciliation tasks, statutory accounts preparation, and supporting budgeting processes and business forecast plans. The position holder will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with accounting principles, and providing financial analysis.

Minimum job requirements:

Qualified accountant – CPA(K).
A Bachelors’ degree in accounting or finance.
At least three (3) years of substantial accounting experience in a busy, progressive and
tightly managed financial reporting environment including: monthly reporting, budget
preparation, reconciliations, business forecasting and statutory accounting.
Demonstrate a high degree of professional competence in financial matters and
administrative capability.
Extensive experience of computerized accounting systems, preferably NAVISION,
including report writing.
Familiarity with International financial reporting standards and generally accepted accounting principles.

Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the organization’s IT systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role involves managing servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting technical issues, performing system upgrades, and supporting end users.

Minimum job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CompTIA Network+, or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)).
3-5 years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure management.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security tools. ▪ Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting. ▪ Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.

Systems Developer

The position holder will be responsible for gathering requirements around functionality and translating those requirements into robust and effective web and mobile solutions, designing mobile user interfaces, developing and maintaining mobile applications, enhancing web/mobile user experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
Developing application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality
Working along with users to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps/web.
Working with the users to build the interface with focus on usability features.
Create compelling mobile device specific user interfaces and experiences.
Optimizing performance for the apps /web.
Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile/web technologies.

Qualification

Required Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Business IT, Software Engineering or its Equivalent.
Proven development experience in desktop and mobile apps development minimum 3 years’ experience.
Excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and mobile usability design principles.
A track record of delivering successful ICT innovations.

iOS –
Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C
Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc)

Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system

Motor Vehicle Mechanics
