Junior Graphic Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. He/she will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic design assets and video animation to support our various marketing and branding initiatives. They will work in the marketing team to understand design requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging graphic design materials for various marketing channels (e.g., social media, website, print)
- Assist with the creation of basic video animations to support marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project briefs and objectives
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software
- Contribute to the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Art /Design
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on creating digital advertising materials.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills, with a focus on digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of video editing and animation principles (a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Credit Analyst (Boda)
- Authenticate documentation presented for all credit applications.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s credit rules & procedures.
- Appraisal of customer loan applications and making recommendations.
- Ensure all applicants are advised on the fate of applications within a reasonable time.
- Active participation in Credit Committee.
- Analyze applicant’s financial status and credit histories to determine the feasibility of granting loans.
- Communicate all changes regarding the credit rules and procedures to the sales staff.
- Any other duty that may be assigned.
- Diploma/ Degree in B.com- Finance option or related field.
- 2+ experience as a Credit Analyst.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of record-keeping.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
