Job Purpose
The HR and Admin Consultant will support Akili Holdings’ HR department by providing expertise and assistance across various HR and administrative functions. This short-term role is designed to strengthen HR processes in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and records management while ensuring efficient office administration and organizational support.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Any relevant HR certifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a similar role.
- Systems Proficiency: Expertise in HR Systems
- Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, records management, and employee engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Apiculturists located in Kenya. The Apiculturists will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to beekeeping, honey production, and hive management to support agricultural activities at the community level.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in beekeeping practices and hive management
- Experience in honey production and processing
- Strong understanding of sustainable agricultural practices
