The Internships at African Group of Negotiators Experts Support (AGNES) to offers talented young people from Kenya a unique opportunity to start their career at the interface between climate science, policy development and practice with the potential to emerge as next generation leaders.

AGNES, a not-for-profit continental think tank, is dedicated to addressing a significant problem in the international climate change negotiations and the formulation and implementation of gender-responsive climate policies within the African context.

The Fellowship provides the opportunity to build an independent career and be to different working environments of decision making within the climate change learning landscape.

The AGNES through its NDC Delivery Lab working with Partners support this Internship. The NDC Delivery Lab is an innovative multi-sectoral approach that ensures the effective translation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) into high impact investments, delivery plans and on-the-ground implementation of climate action.

It also provides an excellent opportunity for creative and innovative solutions to address the climate risks.
