Key Responsibilities May Include:
Depending on the department, interns will be involved in:
- Assisting with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Supporting departmental staff with planning, reporting, and coordination
- Conducting data entry, filing, and documentation
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements
- Learning and applying industry-relevant software and systems
Qualifications:
- Recently completed a diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting,
Procurement, Tours and Travel Management, Transport & Logistics, Mechanical

Job Vacancy- Reservations Officer
Our Company Africa Safari Trips is a Netherlands-based company and is one of the leading safari companies in Africa. We are seeking to engage a passionate and results driven individual to fill the position of Reservations Officer
Job Summary
- The Reservations officer will be responsible for managing bookings, making reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tasks through the company working/task platform, ensuring timely reservations and follow-ups.
- Handle all bookings for both domestic and international flights and trains
- Enter and update all booking information on the company system.
- Follow up on booking vouchers and auto-release timelines.
- Ensure clients’ special requests, especially for accommodation and room specifications, are accurate and fulfilled.
- Make provisional bookings for guests across various services
- Brief tour leaders before safari departures.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to meet company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tour Consulting, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Hospitality.
- At least 2 years experience in the travel industry, particularly in reservations and/ or hotel bookings /reservations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Great communication skills both oral and written.
- Proficient in reservation systems and software
