Growth Marketing Associate – Local

The purpose of the Growth Marketing Associate Kenyan real estate market is to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts and boost sales. The associate will also be responsible for managing partnerships, events and initiatives that enhance brand visibility and foster customer relationships to drive sales conversions.

Job Description

  • Research Kenyan & mortgage investors and understand their investment preferences, buying behaviour, and communication channels.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to affluent Kenyan audiences interested in luxury real estate investments, utilising digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with local partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and consideration among high-net-worth individuals in Kenya.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities in the Kenyan market, optimising campaigns based on insights to maximise ROI and drive sales.
  • Manage local marketing budgets for Kenya-specific initiatives, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives and targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives while catering to the unique needs of the Kenyan market.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in Kenya to maintain a competitive edge and seize opportunities in luxury real estate marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of the Kenyan market, consumer behaviour, and preferences, particularly in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a track record of executing successful campaigns and driving results in the Kenyan market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with affluent Kenyan audiences and local stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive insights, optimise campaigns, and maximise ROI in the Kenyan market.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing tailored marketing strategies that resonate with local audiences and drive sales of luxury properties.

The Growth Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various international markets where the Kenyan diaspora is domiciled. This role combines data-driven marketing tactics to organically drive sales numbers. Additionally, the role includes managing and coordinating international events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement on a global scale. The role also involves data and performance management through the CRM system.

Job Description/Requirements.

  • Research Kenyan diaspora communities and understand their investment preferences, buying behaviour, and communication channels.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to engage diaspora audiences interested in luxury real estate investments, leveraging digital, social, and community-based channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to tailor messaging, content, and outreach strategies to resonate with diaspora segments.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives targeting diaspora communities, optimising campaigns based on insights to maximise ROI.
  • Build relationships with diaspora influencers, organisations, and community leaders to amplify marketing efforts and drive engagement and referrals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team on how to better serve diaspora audiences and enhance their experience as luxury real estate investors.
