Fulfillment Support Officer at Kilimall

Are you interested in joining our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Support Officer at Kilimall?

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

(STARTING DATE: IMMEDIATELY)

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues such as lost items, refunds, or delays
Communicate effectively with Customer Service and other departments
Execute and document ticket actions clearly and promptly
Track performance against SLAs and escalate when necessary
Provide weekly reports and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
2-3 years of experience in logistics or fulfillment operations
Strong communication and time management skills
A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to handle pressure
Excellent teamwork and minimal supervision capability
