Production Manager – Industrial Area

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check production lines against parameters given / set per product
  • Lead the maintenance team in carrying out proper preventive maintenance for machines to avoid downtimes.
  • Co-ordinate with Quality Department to ensure products conform to the agreed quality parameters.

  • Carry out proper production planning to avoid delays and material wastage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performing market research and gathering client feedback to refine existing products.
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with current clients and meeting new clients to expand sales territories.
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
