Key Roles & Responsibilities

Aggressively sourcing for new clients.
Build awareness about the product and educate customers on product usage.
Identifying customer needs and pitching the relevant products and services.
Meet and exceed sales targets through developing and implementing effective strategies to
increase sales volumes.
Maintaining existing clients by continuously furnishing them with current information
/training on the company products.
Maintain all clients through proactive communication with the client and ensuring that all
queries, complains are promptly attended to.
Conducting market research on the competitors and market dynamics and advising the
management.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the service given.
Report on all sales activities by submission of weekly report to your supervisor.
