As a Field Sales and Recruitment Specialist at JamboPay – LPG App business, you will drive the growth of our agent network, kiosk presence, Boda Boda riders for delivery, and end consumers. Your primary focus will be recruiting, training, and supporting agents, kiosk operators, and riders, ensuring they effectively promote and utilize our LPG app to expand our market reach. This role involves extensive fieldwork, relationship building, and a strong understanding of the LPG market dynamics.

Responsibilities

Sales and Recruitment:

  • Identify and recruit potential agents, kiosk operators, and Boda Boda riders to join our LPG app network.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential recruitment opportunities and areas for kiosk setup.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve recruitment targets.

Training and Onboarding:

  • Provide comprehensive training to new agents, kiosk operators, and riders on the use of the LPG app and its benefits.
  • Ensure all recruits understand the product, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, kiosk operators, riders, and end consumers to foster loyalty and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, kiosks, and riders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of agents, kiosks, and riders, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve sales and delivery targets.
  • Implement incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing agents, kiosk operators, and riders.

Field Operations:

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor the activities of agents, kiosks, and riders, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Gather feedback from the field to inform business strategies and improve the app’s features and user experience.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, recruitment, or a related role. Experience in the petroleum industry is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using mobile apps and technology.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate performance data and market trends
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
