Are you a young, passionate, and self-driven person who believes in creating change at the community level? CTK is looking for an enthusiastic Field Officer at Climate Technology and Knowledge Hub (CTK-Busia) to support the implementation of our regenerative agriculture and climate resilience project in Nambale Sub-County, Busia County.
This initiative works with smallholder farmers, women, and youth to promote climate-smart agriculture, sustainable livelihoods, community learning, and environmental stewardship through onsite and field-based engagement.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about community work and grassroots impact
- Interested in climate action, sustainable agriculture, and youth empowerment
- Skilled in coordination, mobilization, and stakeholder engagement
- Ready to learn, grow, and work closely with local communities
