Luton Hospital is seeking a creative and driven Digital Content Assistant at Luton Hospital to join our Business Development team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about visual storytelling, graphic design, and digital marketing in the healthcare space.

You will play a key role in producing engaging graphics, videos, and digital content to promote our services, enhance brand visibility, and support strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design eye-catching graphics for social media, newsletters, posters, and more.
Shoot and edit videos for campaigns, events, and internal communications.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.
Help manage and update content across the website and social media platforms.
Attend hospital events to capture photo and video content.
Maintain organized archives of visual assets.
Ensure all designs follow Luton Hospital’s brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Film/Video Editing, Communication, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, or similar tools.
Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
Photography/videography skills are a plus.
Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
