Qualifications:
• The incumbent must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Customer service representative
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Experience in Sales and has handled operations in a microfinance or financial service industry

• Result-oriented – Resolve product and service issues promptly and effectively.
• Communication skills – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Professional skills – Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
• Records management – Update customer accounts with relevant information, including resolving issues, updating personal details, and processing service requests
• Attention to Detail – Ensure all customer interactions are documented correctly and that customer requests are fully addressed.
• Reporting skills – Prepare a well-drafted report on daily tasks to the supervisor highlighting gaps, improvements and customer recurring issues.
• Product and Service Knowledge- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide informed recommendations and accurate information to customers.
